Vintage Wedgwood Dark Blue Jasperware Dip Covered Cheese Dish. Vintage dark blue jasperware dip covered cheese dome dish, the lid most likely made by Wedgwood. This base is 8" in diameter and it is 6" high to the top of the handle and the dome lid is 6 5/8. We believe this is a marriage but the 2 pieces combine nicely. The lid has classical scenes and the base has a leaf and berry decoration. The lid is in great shape with no chips or cracks.
The base has a chip on the underside edge, partially ground down, a darkened scratch by the rim on the top and some darker hairlines in the applique.
