Antique Wedgwood Caneware Smear-Glaze Parapet Teapot, Circa 1820s EX CONDITION
Gorgeous antique Wedgwood caneware - smear glazed parapet teapot with a built in strainer. The details; 3 3/4 inches to the top of the handle, about 8 1/4 inches tip of spout to back of the handle. The base of the teapot is 3 inches across. Underneath, the Early impressed Wedgwood mark as well as a potters mark. This teapot is really in fantastic condition, the only damage I can find it a glaze crows foot on the bottom, what I mean by that is its only glaze deep, it DOES NOT go through to the inside of the teapot (picture #9).

There is a vent hole that come up through the handle of the lid. It seems to that the blue applied decoration is of much finer quality than the later jasperware, an exceptional and rare piece in exceptional and rare condition!! F Y ou live in the state. DUE TO AN ON GOING DISPUTE. The item pictured is the item you will receive!
